We are currently operating over 100+ mini-grids with a capacity of over 1.75MW in Bihar and UP. We employ ~125 full time employees and ~80 part time women employees across sites in Bihar and UP. We hire local people and train them in highly skilled job of Solar PV and biomass generator system so that they can efficiently run and operate the power plants.
