In case any client is not completely satisfied with our services, they can initiate a refund request within 1 hr of payment by calling on our customer care number 18003134522. In case the user has utilized electricity after recharge a deduction of INR 200 or the recharge amount, whichever is less will be made and the rest of the amount will be refunded within 7 working days.If paid by credit card, refunds will be issued to the original credit card provided at the time of purchase and in case of payment gateway name payments refund will be made to the same account.
