MUMBAI, 30 June 2025 — Today, Husk announced that Janet Serrao Agarwal has joined the company as Chief Financial Officer (CFO) for India. Based in Mumbai, Agarwal will play a pivotal role in shepherding Husk’s next phase of growth.
Agarwal is a distinguished finance executive with over 20 years of leadership experience across diverse sectors including fintech, hospitality, energy and real estate, and multiple geographies, including North America, Asia and Europe.

Agarwal has experience across the full spectrum of finance — corporate, legal & compliance, operations, fund-raising, mergers and acquisitions, cross-border structuring, treasury, taxation, budgeting, & financial modelling.
