Structure

The structure of our university program takes into account the technical nature of our work, as well as cultural learning styles, and the logistical challenges of being located in a developing region. We believe this approach is what allows us to build and maintain such a strong workforce.

Programs Offered

Our programs address both the technical and business sides of operating a plant, as both are necessary to keep it functional and protibaleprofitable. Currently we train junior mechanics, mechanics and regional managers, with many other tracks are under active development.

Teaching Methods

Our programs use a variety of approaches to convey the material to students. This combination allows us to effectively communicate not only hard skills, but the foundational knowledge behind them, as well as the attitude necessary to be a successful employee.

Classroom

An instructor leads students through material in a classroom setting.

E-learning

Computer software based material that walks students through material at their own pace using illustrative images, animations, and videos.

Practicals

An instructor teaches procedures on an actual plant, and students get hands-on experience.

Simulations

Students must solve simluated problems on an actual plant.

Shadowing

Students observe an experienced employee while they perform their normal routines.

Workshops

Short programs that make use of the other teaching methods to teach a specific skill or address a certain issue.

Course Breakdown

The actual activities that a student participates in during training depend on the program they are enrolled in. The activities for a sample of our current programs are depicted below. In addition, all employees take part in periodic workshops after training, to address new issues and stay up to date.
